Mr. Crews is a founding Partner and Managing Principal of Stratford Partners. Prior to founding Stratford Partners, Mr. Crews was a founding Principal of RedHill Realty Investors, a private real estate investment firm recognized as one of the major emerging brands in the multi‐housing sector.

Serving as Principal and Chief Investment Officer of RedHill, Mr. Crews was responsible for all of the Investment activities at RedHill. In this role, he was responsible for the acquisition of more than $400 million in multi family assets ‐ approximately 4,000 units ‐ located in major metros across the Western US. Mr. Crews orchestrated the investment of more than $140 million in equity joint ventures with institutional equity partners such as BlackRock, GE Capital, AEW, RREEF, TriSail (BofA), Babson (Mass Mutual) in addition to Ultra High Net Worth Investors.

In May of 2009, Mr. Crews was named to Real Estate Southern California’s “Top Thirty Under 30″‐ SoCal’s Best and Brightest Rising Stars of Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Crews has been a frequent speaker on the topic of real estate investing and real estate capital markets.

Prior to RedHill, Mr. Crews was a Managing Director of CRA Advisors, an investment and advisory firm providing commercial real estate advisory and investment banking services to domestic investors in the US and Mexico with emphasis on mixed use hotel‐residential and resort developments. Previous to CRA, Mr. Crews began his career with the Merrill Lynch Global Private Client and Investment Consulting Group providing core investment services to institutions and ultra high net worth investors. Mr. Crews is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with undergraduate degrees in International Business, Finance, and Spanish.
